中国软件与技术服务股份有限公司发布《2024 年度向特定对象发行 A 股股票预案》。本次向特定对象发行股票数量不超过 90,130,689 股含本数，占中国软件本次发行前总股数 10.48%，不超过本次发行前总股本的 30%。
本次发行各认购对象拟认购金额及股份数量如下
本次向特定对象发行股票拟募集资金总额含发行费用不超过 20 亿元，扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额拟全部投入以下项目
